ANY SYSTEM OF "CHECKS & BALANCES" THAT ALLOWS A PROCESS TO TAKE PLACE (LIKE AN "EXECUTIVE ORDER"- for instance,) WHICH WILL TAKE EFFECT IF NOT ACTED UPON WITHIN A CERTAIN NUMBER OF DAYS~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~IS VERY BAD ~~~~~~~~~~~AND WILL EVENTUALLY BE USED TO UNDERMINE THAT SYSTEM OF CHECKS & BALANCES!!!!
I have personally seen this unfold with the creation of FEMA, as well as MANY of the recent Executive Orders put into effect by President Reagan and especially President Clinton, which have done nothing but undermine our CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.
It stands to reason that if a corrupt president (who is working for a secretive higher power,) uses his Executive power, which somehow arranges for an "ORDER" to become law without the knowledge of many people (the very manner in which the Federal Reserve System was slickly snuck through Congress in 1913-[cf. 'THE CHOkING WEED,'])~~then it is no better then one of MANY foxes, keeping watch over one of MANY chicken coops.
If this "loose spoke" (the Executive Order" ) can be held up as being true in every respect, and no one sees the wisdom of changing the concept that fueled our present predicament as I see it, then WE THE PEOPLE are WE THE FOOLS whose WHEEL will be eventually done-in by this tenuous spoke!
To carry this analogy through, the wheel is already UNBALANCED, and the wheel is soon to get a definitive "BLOW-OUT" unless severe and corrective measures are not soon taken. Given the state & posture of Congresss toward the illegality of the Income Tax Scam, I do not see this correction coming soon enough!
I ONLY PRAY I AM WRONG AND PEOPLE WHO NEED TO WAKE UP - WAKE UP SOON!~+_+~
